That's the long way of saying I like to sing and edit (sometimes at the same time). So if you need someone to copyedit or proofread your magazine, website, marketing materials, press releases, or any other communication quickly and accurately, I'm your girl.
I know Chicago and AP styles, and I'm a quick study with house styles. I've edited in many programs — Microsoft Word, InDesign, Quark, News Edit Pro, and via PDF.
I'm also an experienced fact-checker (it's the perfect way to channel my detail-oriented nature and meticulousness into something productive).
Additionally, I can manage newsletters and magazines from start to finish, coordinating the writing, design, editing, and publishing of print or e-mail projects. I have experience doing this both on staff and as a freelancer.
